Wild duck breast recipe- Ingredients: duck breast, red pickled peppers and bacon strips. Take 2 duck breast and put a layer of red pickled peppers in between them. Then wrap bacon strips around the breast and pickled peppers and hold the bacon in place with toothpicks. Usually 2-3 strips of bacon for each pair of breast. Barbecue on medium heat for about 15 minutes per side for average size duck breast. Cook until bacon is crispy. These are delicious. Enjoy
