Wild Game Marinade




In a glass bowl mix a half cup salt with a half cup sugar add 3 cups hot water to mix well. Next add 2 cups cold water to cool the mix down, add wild game mix with enough water to cover meat. Let it marinate over night ,the next day take out and wash off the marinade and cook. The meat will be tender and juicy.
