Ingredients
1 pound venison roast cut into cubes
Flour
Butter
1/2 Cup Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Green peppers diced
1 Can Pineapple Chunks
Directions
Heat butter in pan, cover venison in flour and brown on all four sides. Place all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for 7 hours, thicken gravy with flour and water.
