Ingredients
Meatballs
1 1/2 lbs ground venison
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup minced onions
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp sage or poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp sugar
Sauce
6 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water
Directions
Mix the meatballs and brown in large pan. Place meatballs in a casserole. Pour in sauce. Cover. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
