2 lbs cubed Venison roast
1 medium chopped onion
Directions
Fry onions until caramelized.
Add chopped venison and sear until browned( medium rare )
In sauce pan
Melt 1 stick lightly salted butter.
Add 8 oz's heavy whipping cream. Stir while adding to melted butter.
Pour in 4 oz's concentrated au jus (available at most grocers).
Add venison and onion to cream sauce.
Pour over egg noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a teaspoon Greek spice.(Or to taste.. Cuts gamy taste of venison if taken in non farmland area, corn fed is better.
