Ingredients
4-5 Pound Venison Roast 1 pound Regular Bacon Toothpicks
Wrap venison roast with bacon and secure with toothpicks, make sure to cover the entire roast in bacon. Cook on 350 degrees F. for 2-2 1/2 hours or until done. Serve with fresh salad and baked potatoes.
