I live in Michigan and love to hunt and eat venison. One of my favorites is to soak thin sliced steaks in Teriyaki Sauce and quick sear them on high heat on the grill. Sprinkle once on either side with a Montreal Steak seasoning for a delicious meal. The trick is to slice the steak thin and cook them fast for a melt in your mouth treat.
