Ingredients
2 lbs wild game meat 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp liquid smoke 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 Tbsp Chili/garlic paste
Directions
Cut meat 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick. Mix ingredients and refrigerate 36-48 hours. Place meat in dryer for 4 hours. If "hot" taste is preferred, sprinkle with crushed pepper.
