This is an easy way to use some of the tougher cuts from you deer.
4 lbs. Venison Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips, cut along the grain.
1 Cup Hot or Regular Soy Sauce
4 tsp. Liquid Smoke (omit if using a smoker)
2/3 cup Worchester Sauce
3 tsp. Salt
4 tsp. Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, marinate for 2 days, less if you want a mild flavor. Mix at least once during the time.
Place in dehydrator for 7-11 hours or smoke following smoker directions.
