TREE MARK—If I find and mark a bee tree and another finds it afterwards, has he any claim to it?
There is no law relating to the finding of bee trees and your mark on the tree does not give you any special claim to it, but most people will respect the mark, and knowing that some person has found it before, will leave it alone.
