TRAPPING STATES—Which is the best state to trap in, Michigan or Pennsylvania? What animals are most numerous in each state?

Many different kinds of trapping ground is to be found in the states mentioned. Perhaps the northern peninsula of Michigan is best, any way there are more mink than in Pennsylvania. Wolves are also found there, along with a few otters, wildcats, fisher, perhaps a few marten, bear, etc. The lower peninsula is about trapped out. There are a few fairly good trapping localities to he found in the mountains of Pennsylvania. The fur-bearing animals being bear, fox (red and grey), coon, ‘possum, mink, wildcat, muskrat (in the valleys) and skunks. pone are plentiful and I do not consider either state an ideal one for trapping.
