Ingredients
1 lb Ziti
1 Large Onion Chopped
½ tsp Dried Red Pepper
1 lb Ground Venison
2 Large Tomatoes Diced
2 Jalapeno Chiles
2 ½ tsp Cornstarch
1 tblsp Parsley
1 Green Pepper Chopped
2 - 15 oz. Cans Red Kidney Beans drained
1 Can Beef Broth
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
Directions
Cook meat, onion, pepper and green pepper until done. Add beans, tomato, and Jalapeno. Heat oven to 375. In bowl mix broth, cornstarch and water to equal 2 cups. Stir into meat. Heat to boil for one minute. Stir in cheese until melted. Toss with cooked Ziti. Spoon into casserole dish and bake covered for 20 minutes.
