Terriers-Irish and Airedale-Can you tell me the difference between the Irish terrier, the German pincher and the Airedale terrier?
The Irish terrier, in general appearance, except in coat and color, somewhat resembles the fox terriers, but is a considerably larger dog, with straight flat coat. The Airedale terrier is the largest and tallest of his class. His form is strictly that of the terrier breeds, with rough coat, wiry and free from curl or lock; weight about forty-five pounds, bitches about ten pounds less. We have no standard at hand giving that of the German Pincher.
