LICENSE—HOW OBTAINED—Will you please tell me how I may obtain a taxidermist’s license and what privileges it will give me.

This license is granted through the State Game Protector, at your state capital. It gives you permission to mount various birds and mammals, but you are required to observe strict regulations with regard to specimens protected by law. You have to put up a bond to show that you will obey the laws, I think, I am not sure that Pennsylvania requires special permits, however, except with regard to having parts of game animals out of season for mounting.
