Ingredients

Meat Balls

  • 3 Pounds Ground Venison of other Big Game
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Large onion diced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 2 tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 Cup Milk

    Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 1 can Onion Soup
  • 1/3 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp. Basil
  • 1/2 tsp. Rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 cup Sour Cream

    Directions

    Combine all the meat ball ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Form meat balls and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, shift meat balls regularly. Melt butter in saucepan, add flour and stir until bubbly. Add Rosemary and Basil. Add liquid ingredients and stir slowly, until thick. Stir in sour cream and parsley. Pour over meatballs, serve alone as an appetizer or over pasta for a meal.
