Ingredients

2-3 pounds thinly sliced Venison Steak
3 Large Onions sliced
2 Sliced Green Peppers
2 Large Ripe Tomatoes chopped
Salt and Pepper
Flour

Directions

Dredge meat in flour and pound flat, season with salt and pepper. Brown meat in frying pan with butter. Place all ingredients in a covered oven safe pan. Cook for 2 hours at 350 degrees, remove and thicken gravy with flour and water.
