1) Pressure cook 2 whole swamp rabbits for about 30 minutes and remove meat from bones to a crock pot.
(2) Add 1 can of rotel tomatos
(3) Add several small whole potatoes
(4) Add water to 3/4 full
(5) Add 3 chopped carrotes
(6) Add 1 can of mushroon soup
(7) Add pepper and salt to your taste
(9) Cook in crock pot at 350 temp. for about 3 hours and then let simmer
