Will the Stevens Visible Loading Repeater chambered for the long rifle cartridge shoot long rifle cartridges loaded with smokeless powder and hollow point bullet?

It is best to leave the magazine loaded, as in time it has a tendency to “set” the spring of a rifle. However, one week would not be apt to make any noticeable difference in the magazine spring. I believe so; the hollow point and smokeless powder have to do with the interior and not the shape of a cartridge.
