Ingredients
2 lbs ground venison
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 c water
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
4-5 slices pepper jack cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for cheese. Place 1/2 of meatloaf in a loaf pan. Place cheese on meatloaf and pour remaining meat mixture on top. Press down to make sure it is sealed good. Bake at 350 for 45 min to 1 hour.
