Clean and gut salmon,
cut off tail and head.
Stuff salmon with crushed almonds,
peppers (diced), carrots, all spice,
and green onions (diced).
Sprinkle in lemon.
Tie with string
Wrap in aluminum foil and bury with hot coals
Ready in approx half an hour to 45 min.
serve with coolers or white wine
