Spaghetti and Venison Meatballs
1 Large Onion Chopped
1 Can Whole Tomatoes
1 Can Meat Sauce
1 Small Can Tomato Paste
1 Pound Ground Venison
1 Stalk Celery Sliced Thinly
1 Grated Carrot
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Simmer onion and celery in olive oil until tender, add remaining ingredients except venison and bread to the pan and simmer.
Mix Bread and Venison and form meatballs, fry until brown and add to sauce, heat thoroughly, and serve piping hot.
