Recipe/Great Tip! Cut the silver/purple covering off the meat then soak the meat in buttermilk for 30 min or 45 then take some garlic fry it in olive oil till brown add the venison fry for 3-7 minutes per side (depending on how you like your venison)...Enjoy!
