Single Shot Target Pistol-What kind of revolver would you prefer for shooting rabbits and small game, and to carry when trapping in Kansas?

Personally, I would prefer a single shot target pistol, .22 caliber, for such use. Either the Diamond Model or Off-Hand Model, Stevens, or the Smith and Wesson, will be found first class weapons, well adapted to this use. I would prefer the latter, but it is costly, and next to it the Stevens Off-Hand pistol would probably be most I want to. Of revolvers, the new Smith and Wesson, heavy frame target revolver, .22 caliber, which was recently put on the market, looks good to me. The Colt Police Positive target revolver, .22 caliber, is another good one, and differs but little from the Smith and Wesson. These are both costly weapons.
