Here is a tip on where to sight in on game when shooting uphill or downhill. Contrary to popular myth you do not hold low on target when shooting downhill and high when shooting uphill. Actually you sigh slightly low in both instances. Low when shooting downhill so the natural trajectory will be on target at point of impact, which is true to popular belief. Also low, when shooting uphill, to give you a larger killing zone. If you aim high, you run risk of just touching rib cage and not hitting vital areas, Low gives you a much larger killing target
