Recipe for a Wild Game Marinating Sauce
-2 tablespoon soya sauce
-2 tbls of vinegar
-2 tbls of oil
-2 tbls of water
-1 piece of garlic
can substitute water with red or white wine
Mix all together in a bowl and add your, venison, moose meat,chicken, partridge, any type of meat.
Double or triple the recipe if you have a lot of meat.
I marinate for 24 hours, moving the meat a couple of times.
