RACCOON TRAPPING—I would like to have someone tell me how to trap raccoons along the creeks. Should I use bait and if so what kind?

Raccoons are easily trapped by the use of bait Fresh fish is the best bait I have ever used. Dig a hole in the bank at the water’s edge and fasten the bait in the back of the hole. The hole should be eight inches in diameter. Set a strong No. 1 1/2 trap in front of the hole in about 1 1/2 inches of water. Stake the trap securely or fasten to a clog.
