Ingredients:
1 rabbit
salt to taste
1 large onion
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp paprika
2 cups water
2 tbsp flour
1 cup sour cream
Directions
Clean rabbit, cut into serving pieces, and sprinkle with salt. Fry onion in butter, add paprika, meat, and brown on all sides. Pour in water, cover and simmer until tender (about 1 hour) remove meat from pan. Mix flour with sour cream add to gravy, simmer for five minutes. Serves 6 to 8
