Pulling Gear Up To A Tree Stand With a Fly Reel


What I do when I am in my tree stand is instead of using a rope to pull up my bow/gun is to attach a carbine hook to the end of 40 lbs. fly line and mount a saltwater reel outside of my stands window and just reel "in" my bow or gun. I find that it makes it easier than just pulling up my gear. Hope this helps anyone whom reads this out
