Patience Pays Off Hunting | |
|
The biggest thing about hunting I can stress is patience. When I am bow hunting I will site for four to six hours sometimes. I do not just say this is a nice spot to sit either. I do a lot of work with a spotting scope and find were the animals are coming out in the evening or the morning. Then the next day I will site there and wait. Take something that will be quit and keep your movement down rather it is a blind that you have set up a week earlier or a tree stand. I like to sit in front of a tree which is a little more difficult because you do not want to move at all if possible, make sure you have went to the bathroom. This will not work every time but I promise you that it will pay off. If this worked every time it would be no fun. Let me tell you of the things that I have seen by doing this. Stay strong and true to your heart and good luck. Always remember that you start with a small animal and progress up that way it is a game and you always have something to keep striving for.
