Neck Thickness
Neck thickness is a measure of the thickness of the brass in the neck of a case. As cases are reloaded and fired, the brass tends to flow toward the case neck, this flow of the brass can result in high pressures if a case neck is sufficiently thick to crimp the bullet as it is compressed against the chamber wall.
