Muskrat Law-Do the laws of Michigan allow one to set a trap in the entrance of a muskrat hole which leads to a house, but is more than six feet from the house?

The law regarding trapping muskrats says that no trap may be set within six feet of a muskrat house. Whether the passage leading to the house would be a part of the house itself would be a question for the court to decide.
