MINK, LAND TRAPPING METHOD—Will someone give me a good method of trapping mink on land where there is no water near?

Use a box trap. Some good ones have been described in the H-T-T, one which springs by means of a trip board and use the musk of the mink for scent. This is good around the old buildings. A steel trap may be set at the mouth of a hole and some of the scent used. Without knowing the conditions I cannot give any more, definite instructions but if the animal is visiting the poultry house or out buildings I think it would be easily caught.
