Ingredients

  • 1 tbl. Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Onion Chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove Chopped
  • 1 lb Venison Sausage
  • 3 Cups Macaroni
  • 1 Large Can Whole Tomatos
  • 1 tbl. Oregano
  • 3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Directions

    Cook garlic and onion in skillet with oil, add to large casserole dish. Cook macaroni and cool, mix with remaining ingredients and stir well in casserole dish. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and brown.
