Let your kids watch in order to get them interested. | |

Try letting your kids watch while you practice shooting your bow. As they get older let them help retrieve your arrows from the target. The more you get them involved and at an early age they too may pick up your passion for bow hunting. At first they will ask some simple question but as they mature and get more interested in what you are doing the questions will get harder to answer. When they start asking the questions that only shooting a bow can answer I suggest getting them one of their own. How much fun would that be to shoot with your child in the backyard.
