LENGTH OF BARRELS—Does the Winchester Self Loading shotgun with twenty-six inch barrel shoot as far and as hard as the same gun with a twenty eight inch barrel? Which is best for ducks and rabbits? Does the two inches make any difference in the balance?

I have never fired one of these guns nor have I seen them in use and I could not say whether there would be any difference in the shooting, but I am inclined to think that there would not be any difference worth mentioning, and if I were to buy one of these guns I would choose the shorter one.
