LAKE OF BAYS—Splendid small-mouth black bass and lake trout fishing can be had in the Lake of Bays. In the streams and lakes within a few miles of this main water, is some of the best speckled trout fishing in Ontario. Splendid hotel accommodation. The Lake of Bays district comprises Lakes Vernon, Fairy, Peninsula, Mary and the Lake of Bays, and is reached via Grand Trunk Railway to Huntsville, 145 miles north of Toronto, and thence by steamer to any of the many points on the chain of lakes.
