I have the Master Hunter. Best hunting knife I've ever had. Here's a tip you might like to try. Save your money when it comes to touching up the blade after a heavy workout. Don't waste your hard earned bucks on expensive sharpening machines or time consuming stones or fancy other cheap gadgets. If you are a coffee drinker, you’re probably holding the best knife sharpener in your hand every morning. I turn my favorite Porcelain coffee cup up-side down and sharpen my blade by just following the contour of the bottom of the cup -- lightly to the left going forward and down, turn the blade over, then lightly to the right going forward and up. Perfect platform for a drop-point. Using a porcelain coffee cup offers a perfectly round (well...close enough) wide sharpening platform and...get this, the coffee cup handle serves as great stabilizer and protects your fingers at the same time. Remember, it's not your favorite coffee cup for nothing. Good luck and try it out. Great for up at deer camp too after a great day hunting well they're all great!!
