Providing a good bed down for your Deer. I take a couple of bails of straw and place them in a thicket about 50 yards from my stand. Breaking them open and spreading them out for a 5 or 6-inch thick mat. I do not have much of a food plot in the area but giving them a perfect place to bed down has worked very well for me several years in a row. This must be done every year sometimes twice so the bedding stays nice and comfortable. Be sure this is done in time for your scent to dissipate,
