Being very new to the sport of hunting I've learned a few things that are great to know: you’re not always going to get an animal every time. Its kind of like a game of chance and not every time will that trophy buck come walking twenty feet from your stand. Also being smart and informed about safety and staying warm can be the best way to enjoy yourself when trying to get some wonderful meat or a nice rack for over the fireplace.
