Grilled Venison Steaks:
Cut steaks about 3/4 to 1" thick.
Season with garlic salt and pepper.
Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side. Been cooking venison this way for years. Never grow tired of it.
Hamburgers: Mix 1 lb of ground venison with 1 lb. lean hamburger. Grill about 5 minutes per side. Garlic salt and pepper after meat is pulled from grill.
