Ingredients

1 Large Goose Skinned and Whole
1 Celery Bunch
2-3 Large Onions
Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 large Turnip
6-8 Carrots
4 Large Potatoes
Any other vegetables you would like to add

Directions

Cut the tops off the celery, onions and carrots and add to a large pot. Cut up goose into large pieces, place in pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and then simmer until goose is cooked and falling off bone. After allowing the mix to cool, strain out the ingredients and return the liquid to the pot. Place cut up carrots, celery, onion, potato and turnip (along with any other vegetables) to the pot. Simmer until the vegetables are tender. Taste the broth, salt and pepper to taste, if it is not have enough flavor add bouillon. While the vegetables are simmering, pick the meat from the goose. Add meat and warm, enjoy.
