Fur Farming-No Law Prohibiting-Is there a law in Ohio to prevent one from raising furbearing animals such as fox and skunk, if they are killed in fur season?
There has not been any law framed to prevent raising furbearing animals but the game laws will not allow of keeping skunk or coon in captivity. However, if one really intends to raise their animals and does not mean to capture the wild animals and keep them alive until the open season, there is not likely to be any trouble; in fact, fur farming has been carried on for years in the State of Ohio without interference from the law.
