Rabbit with a more traditional deep fried batter

Ingredients

1 Rabbit cleaned and cut into chunks for every 3-4 people
Cooking Oil
Flour
1 Egg
1 Cup Milk
Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Wash the rabbit pieces and pat dry. Mix milk and egg together in a small bowl. Cover the rabbit pieces in flour and then dip into milk/egg mixture. Place rabbit into bread crumbs and cover thoroughly. Heat oil and cook rabbit until brown on both sides and meat is no longer pink.

Serve with salad and fresh bread.
