Frigate Mackerel
Mackerel, Frigate: Caught the same as Common Mackerel, which it resembles in size and shape, though it has less value as a food fish. Has been taken off Block Island, N. Y., and in great abundance between Montauk Point and George's Bank. Is common in the West Indies and other parts of the tropical Atlantic.
