FROGS — HOW TO PRESERVE—Could you tell me how to preserve frogs? Would like to know what kind of liquid to use as I want to preserve my own frogs for fishing.

A strong solution of salt and water will preserve the frogs, although I believe the salt deadens the colors somewhat. Alcohol will preserve them. I remember receiving an advertisement of a minnow and frog preserving solution. If you mix borax with the salt, I think the colors are better preserved; also, you could use plain borax in water.
