1. Is ordering on your site secure?

HuntingBlades.com uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time we ask for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers for 30 days and then deleted from the system for your security, after 30 days we also destroy all printed material that contain your credit card information.

2. If I want to order from your site but do not want to do it online can I?

Yes, if you are more comfortable placing an order via mail or fax, you may certainly do so.

3. Are you a warranty repair facility?

No, we are not a warranty repair facility, if your knife was purchased from us, we will be more than happy to handle the return to the company for you, just contact us.

5. I am looking for a particular knife, I dont see it on your site, can you get it?

We do have access to a large number of knives by various manufacturers, while we do not generally have them in stock, we will certainly try to get one for you and can usually offer it at a very competitive price.

6. Do you give out or sell customer information?

We will never give out your personal information for any reason. We do not rent, sell or share our customer information with anyone outside of HuntingBlades.com, unless necessary to complete an order or required by a court order.

7. Do you offer a catalog?

We do not offer a print catalog at this time.

8. How do I use your site?

You can navigate our site using both the top and side navigation, we have classified the knives into sections, by manufacturer and blade style, to help you find what you are looking for. You may also, use our site search if you know what your are looking for, it is located at the top of our right hand navigation bar.

9. What shipping methods do you offer?

We currently offer shipping via USPS and UPS as standard options, UPS Air Two Day and Overnight are available for an additional fee. All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, will be sent via USPS Priority.

10. How long will it take to get my order?

Items that are in stock will usually ship within 24 hours, and will be received in 5-10 business days. We will notify you if an item you ordered is not available.

11. Will I be notified if my item is not in stock?

We will notify you, usually on the same day you placed the order if an item is not in stock, we will call and send you an email.

12. Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We do offer discounts for large orders in which many of the same product is being ordered, please contact us for details as each order is handled individually.

13. Do you ship to APO, FPOs?

We do ship to military bases around the world. No additional shipping charges are required.

14. Do you ship internationally?

Due to the ever changing laws of various countries regarding edged weapons we only ship to Canada and the United States at this time. Orders to Canada are charged a flat fee of $15.90, the recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes.
