Foxes-Black-Where Found-In what parts of Canada and Alaska are silver-grey and black foxes found?
Black and silver foxes are found over practically all of Alaska, and in all of Canada except the far north, where the red fox species is replaced by the Arctic fox, and in the thickly-settled districts of the South, where few foxes of any kind are found. They are most abundant in the interior of Alaska, on the headwaters of the various rivers and in Eastern Canada, Ungava, Quebec and Ontario.
