FLOBERT RIFLE—Where are the Flobert rifles made and what firm makes them?

I believe that the Flobert rifles are made in Belgium, or were, for I am not certain that they are made now. I do not know the name and address of the firm. Similar rifles were made at one time by H. Pieper, of Liege, Belgium, but this firm has discontinued the manufacture of such cheap guns. Since there are now many fine, high grade .22 caliber rifles made in this country there is practically no demand for these cheap and flimsy arms.
