While deer hunting your stand location is the key to success. Funneling locations greatly increase your odds of seeing good Bucks. One example of a funneling location is narrow strip of cover that a deer would travel through near openings between fields or swamps. There are many types of funnels including: high areas (fingers) leading into low lying swamps, brushy fence lines, river or creek bottoms, strips of high ground between beaver flowages of swamps. Once you find them your odds of seeing that good buck go up.
