2lbs of Elk stew meat Pearl onions approx 15 2 cups carrots 3 large potatoes 2 cups peas 3 oz dry red wine Pinch of sage 1 tbs garlic 1 tbs season salt 1 tbs Basil
Directions
Brown meat, place in slow cooker for 8 hrs with all spices and vegetables. Serve with biscuits.
